How to Register and Operate on Acquisti in rete
To use the Acquisti in rete PA platform, economic operators must complete two steps:
- User Registration
- Vendor Qualification(only required to operate on MePA or SDAPA)
These steps apply to both Italian and foreign users. The registration process depends on whether you possess a recognised digital identity.
User Registration
With digital identity (SPID, CIE, CNS, or eIDAS) 
If you already have a recognised digital identity:
- Go to the homepage and click on LOGIN
- Select your identity provider
- After authentication, complete your user profile
- If you wish to participate in MePA or SDAPA, proceed to the Vendor Qualification step
Without SPID, CIE, CNS, or eIDAS
This applies to:
- Non-EU citizens
- EU citizens whose country does not support eIDAS
- Italian citizens living abroad without access to SPID, CIE, or CNS
To register
- Click SIGN UP in the login area
- Complete the registration form with:
- Personal details (full name, tax code, date and country of birth, nationality, gender)
- Enter details of the required identification document
- Contact information (email and mobile phone number)
- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via email
- ENTER the OTP to complete your registration
Note
If you do not have an Italian tax code, enter the national identification number associated with your digital signature. This will be used to verify any digitally signed documents uploaded to the platform.
Additional Step for Italians Living Abroad (without SPID, CIE, CNS, or eIDAS) 
- REGISTER online using the form
- DOWNLOAD and digitally sign the provided document
- EMAIL the signed document to: verificautentiesteri@consip.it
Identity Verification (Video Interview)
If you register without a recognised digital identity, you must VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY via a remote video interview.
- You will receive an email from noreply-econtract@sixtema.it with the link to the video interview sent after completing the registration form
- CHECK that your device is compatible
- During the interview, an operator will verify your data and passport
- The session can be conducted in Italian or English
If successful:
- You will receive your username and password by email
- If you had a previous account, it will be reactivated
Vendor Qualification (for MePA and SDAPA)
To submit offers or respond to requests on MePA or SDAPA, you must complete the Vendor Qualification process:
- LOG into your personal area
- Select your ROLE (e.g., Legal Representative)
- Complete the qualification form and upload the required documentation
Note
In some translations or automated tools, this step may appear as Enablement, which corresponds to the Italian term Abilitazione.
No Qualification Needed For
Vendor Qualification is not required if you participate in procedures published via:
- Framework Agreements
- Framework Contracts
- Tenders managed by ASP (Application Service Provider)
